I’ve always written, ever since I was young. Mainly to make sense of the world and the people I deal with, who at times, make no sense at all. A few years ago, out of boardroom, I joined a local writers group.
It is in Galway, in the west of Ireland, and is run by internationally known and published poet and writer Kevin Higgins, (http://overtheedgeliteraryevents.blogspot.ie). I also attended a writing classes run by his wife, Susan Millar DuMars, also a internationally know and published poet and writer. Both are very supportive and encouraging of new writers. It was at the suggestions of one or two other’s in the writing group that I set up a  WordPress site, to showcase my writing to any who may find it of interest.
